How your business will be impacted
Sales: Online sales, shipping and curbside pick-up can continue
Retail: If you have an indoor gift shop in your T/R it is considered retail sales and it can continue to operate at a 20% capacity. You MUST have entrance metering, no eating or drinking is allowed in the store. Special hours should be instituted for seniors and others with chronic conditions or compromised immune systems
Back office: If your employee can work remotely, they should work from home
Signage: You must display a set of clearly visible rules and instructions for customers and personnel at all entrances and in strategic, highly-visible locations. Pictures should be used as much as possible. Your signs must state the following:
Use face coverings while not eating and drinking
Practice physical distancing from other guests and staff
To not touch their face.
Frequently wash their hands with soap for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer
You MUST complete and post the County's Appendix A: Social distancing protocol
